Adjust is an alkaline liquid detergent additive to caustic for bottlewashing, CIP and spray washing applications. Adjust aids detergency, improves soil removal and sequesters hard water salts. It is also particularly effective at chelating iron and aluminium.

• Adjust is a highly concentrated liquid additive which enhances detergency during cleaning operations when used in conjunction with caustic. • Adjust sequesters hard water & is highly effective at removing rust ring and controlling aluminium in bottlewashing applications. • Adjust can be added directly to concentrated (30% w/w) caustic solutions.

Suitable for automatic dosing and control, ensuring effective product use (economy and performance). Inhibits scale build up and prevents nozzle blockage, improving operational efficiency and effectiveness. Maintenance frequency, time and associated costs can also be reduced. Assists detergency, rust, aluminium and label removal in bottlewashing applications, ensuring product integrity. Aids free rinsing and helps prevent spotting on bottles caused by water hardness and other deposits, reducing reject rates.

Typical use concentrations for Adjust are 0.1-2% w/w (0.08-1.6% v/v) depending on the application, soiling and water hardness. Free gluconate must be present to ensure effective removal of rust and control of aluminium. All detergents and disinfectants should be thoroughly rinsed after use to remove them from all food and beverage contact surfaces.
